He had many great suggestions on how to make our pool better. Never once did he try to sell us something we didn't need. He listened to our concerns and wishes and used his expertise to educate us and offer solutions. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our pool. I had a new swimming pool installed in the summer of 2014 by Desert Blue Custom Pools at my home in [redacted]b in the [redacted] section of Peoria. I had a bad experience in the past (in another home) with one of the large pool companies in the valley. With Desert Blue you always deal directly with the owner. Art I[redacted] is the owner and he is extremely accessible to his customers. He cares about the condition his workers leave your property in every night after they leave. Art was almost always on site whenever work was being done. If he or you thought something was not being done correctly, Art rectified it immediately. It's been a year since the pool was completed. I texted Art several times over the past year to ask questions or report a minor problem with one of the in floor cleaning system heads. Art answered questions or fixed the problem very quickly. That's almost unheard of with other pool companies once the project is finished and all the money has changed hands. I give Desert Blue Custom Pools my highest recommendation if you are looking for a pool company.
