DeSanto Propane

The tank and equipment was removed from the property on December 31'1, 2015. In response to the Complaint:At the time of the installation on October 91", 2002, DiSanto Propane installed a 420# tank and provided and installed a regulator. This is standard procedure on all new installations for... liability reasons. Supporting evidence:Mr. [redacted] stated that he was using a 100# and a regulator he purchased "a few years" prior. The attached Gas Check form clearly states that DiSanto Propane installed a Rego regulator with a date rode of 7/2002. As stated the installation was on October 9th, 2002 and the regulator was manufactured by Rego in July 2002-3 months prior, not "a few years ago". The Gas Check form was also signed by [redacted] on the day of installation. The provided documentation supports all actions taken by DiSanto Propane and hopefully will provide better clarification for the customer.
