Card Data Breach and card numbers are compromised which can result in significant fees and fines.The Opt Out Form with [redacted]'s signature was not received until early April and on April **, the Data Breach Protection and related fees were removed from [redacted]'s business - MANDARIN ROSE.Newtek has agreed to process the refund as requested for $55.80 and I am offering my direct phone number in the event [redacted] has any additional Questions. ###-###-####
