The office staff is very unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend and not trust anything they say to you in the office. I had a procedure done and confirmed with the lady at the front desk multiple times that the total cost she was giving me would be the total. She insisted this was going to be the total. They went again and did the procedure. Later that month I got a statement saying I owed $111 in addition to the $200 I had already paid. I called the office and they told me it was a mistake and to disregard it. 6 Months later I just got a letter from the Collections Department asking for this bill. I called in and they proceed to tell me that they can never tell me a total right away (even though their own staff member did so) and that I owed the money. I explained to them multiple times how I even called in and they told me to disregard and how unprofessional it is to then send the bill to a collections agency. They refused to listen to me and wanted their money. I would never recommend this office unless you have amazing insurance and a very low deductible because they will take everything they can get from you
