I wish to lodge a complaint against the following business:

I signed up for a FREE skin product, but would be charged if I didn't return it within 14 days. That was fine. Then I saw the charge of $90.91 and decided that I didn't want the product, at that price. So, when a delivery was made to me, I refused the delivery, and it was sent back to sender. I called the company for a refund, and they told me that they don't give refunds. I asked them why I wouldn't receive a refund for items that I never even opened, nor opened the envelope, and sent back? They said it was their policy. I couldn't believe it! I don't have the products, but I had to pay $181.50 since they sent me 2 products, one for skin and one for eyes! I kept complaining to them since I was again charged $91.90 and the product was not sent to me yet! Finally, the manager, Jasmin L., agreed to refund half of that one charge, or $45.95. I find this reprehensible. For a company to not refund charges for products that were returned is down right wrong. I have since cancelled my order and hope to never deal with them again.
