Rude, rude, rude Staff is extremely unprofessional and will not pay attention to you standing at the desk I had to say, "hello, hello", with three staff members standing right there before one helped meI ask if I can get my treatment code for my payflex card on a certain date and they tell me I already got a receipt But you need what you are treated for on a payflex card to respond to their request of treatment statusThen it was negative when I asked for my medical records like they didn't want to give it to me Then when I said I want my medical records, they tell me I will be charged then I ask how much and they said it would be up to the doctor, huh? The three hour wait time to see the doctor doesn't help eitherIn ten years, never had a problem with another business to get the information for payflex The dentist the same morning gave me what I needed in minutes I won't be going back to this doctor
