Dermaclear

I attempted to order the dermaclear 6 bottles package late one night however, I must have entered wrong credit card info and my credit card company messaged me that the purchase did not go through and I would have to re-enter the info. I then decided to go with my gut and not order as I felt like it might not be a reputable company. I then saw the charge pop up on my account so the order did go through. I contacted the company's customer service email the next day and was told "your order is currently delivered. Unfortunately, once an order reaches this stage, we are unable to cancel it". The product was not delivered yet. When the product arrived, I did open a bottle and began using it for a couple weeks- NO RESULTS. I contacted customer service through email to ask for a refund. I was told to ship back at my cost and be refunded only for unopened bottles. I shipped the 5 bottles back. My tracking indicated delivered few days later. I went out of country and when I got back, no refund. I contacted them with a response that they did not get word from warehouse it was returned. I provided tracking number. They responded saying they'd issue a refund. They did but took $70 out. When asked why, they said there was a $10/bottle re-stocking fee. Now, Im trying to have a supervisor call me back and explain where this info was when I was attempting to order. They said there was a disclaimer on website but the whole point was that I did not intend to go through with the purchase. I doubt a supervisor will call me or I'll have any further resolution. BEWARE
