Signed up for a free sample on Facebook. Shipping costs approved in the amount of $4.78 and $5.79. I ordered both face cream and eye cream. I received sample. A few weeks later, I received a second shipment which I did not authorize. I checked my credit card statement and found the trial charges I expected in addition to four additional charges. I was billed $85.20, $87.50 in Feb and a second time in March. I called the company (it was clearly a call center as I could hear other people talking on phones with similar conversations. Company rep said I agreed to these terms and conditions (I did not). I've asked to have this sent to me in writing. "Red" referred me to their website which stated these terms. I did not go to the website when I signed up for the free sample. I want a full credit for the products I did not order. This is unresolved. "Red" said he would cancel future shipments and credit my account $100. Best he could do. I'll see if I get the credit.

Do not believe everything you see on TV even from the people on Shark Tank. I did a survey from Amazon saying that I had won a product. I chose the wrinkle cream and eye serum and it was stated that I only had to pay for shipping. They charged me for shipping and then charged for a month of the product which came to $172.70. If I had known about this, I never would have ordered.
