Only wanted product that was offered for $4.95. Not told of any reoccurring orders or any further charges.
Saw ad on FB and sent for lotion that was offered @$4.95. Had to also accept other lotion for $4.95 in order for it to go through. Was not notified of the reoccurring charges or additional charges for each product. Tried to have $refunded by company but was refused; was told I could get an employee discount and would I accept this and case closed. I said NO I want a full refund on the $89.92 and$84.95. I believe it is all a scam. The supervisor only hung up on me as I tried to get my refund. I NEVER agreed to an additional charge or any further products. The unauthorized charges were made 2 weeks after I agreed to the two for $4.95.
