On August 22, I was seen at Grosse Pointe Urgent Care and my insurance company was billed In November the claim was denied my BCBS Michigan In late December 2015/January I paid the bill out of pocket and appealed to BCBS On January 30, I won the appeal with BCBS and they paid Gross Pointe Urgent CareFebruary I started contacting Grosse Pointe UC's biller MedPoint asking for a refundFebruary through July I have spoken to and emailed Ruthie Tuite, Patient Services Supervisor, at MedPoint, *** more than times to request a refund of the over paymentWhen she responds, she says it is on it wayShe now says there is check number but will not say if it was mailed and has stopped responding to call communications
