Derek did an amazing A+ job of fixing up an old wooden stairs at and replacing Fascias an apartment complex. He provided a written quote, used his paint discount for buying paint (major money savings), and was excellent to work with. He provided a written quote, cleaned up the job site after finished, and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him. Rates are very reasonable, he is licensed, and has insurance.
