Dependable Tax Multi Services

I gave taxpreparer Wanda Swint my information such as W2's,Social # and ID to file my tax in which she charged me 200 dollars I gave her in cash on 02/08/2019. A few weeks I have given her a call to retrieve copies of my tax documents she told me when she get back to the office she will give me call to get them. That never happened so time kept passing *** I kept asking her it's the same thing,but she reassured me that my taxes were done and completed so I said ok and I ask her what the amount was she told me about 2,000 around that amount because I owe irs. I kept asking her for a copy of the documents she was giving me all type of excuses about her being sick etc.but when she make it to the office she will have them Never got them . It was till we got into an argument in text messages on 07/07/2019 that she said about not doing my taxes and if I want my money back come get it out of her house n fighting terms.Thats when I called IRS to check and nothing was done and she told me she did them.
