Dependable Service Repair

When we initially went out to the job, we looked at freezer and I told him we needed to order some parts and they would take a few days to come in, he had no problem with thatI had sliced my thumb on another job the day I was supposed to go to MrWarr’s home for the repairI called him on my way
to let him know that it would be a day laterOn that next day I had another injury, at that point he was being impatient, and I apologized, but I needed to go to the hospitalAfter I got myself situated, I told him I would meet him at 7AM on a certain dayI showed up and he wasn’t thereHe was the one that was the no showI called him while I was at the residenceHe told me he called the Revdex.com, Attorney General, and the police He told me he didn’t believe I was thereHe shows up and I was there and gave me attitude and at that point I have a right to refuse service to anyoneI told him it would be best if he found someone else to do the jobHe signed the invoice agreeing that we came, that he wasn’t there and that we would go our separate ways but refund him his money, minus a 20% restocking feeI sent a check by mail and he has deposited that checkAs far as I’m concerned the issue is resolved

I am rejecting this response because:as stated by the service tech he caused everything that happened from not showing to refusing to make the repair on the fifth time. I never agreed to accept a 20% fee how do you create a problem by being in          unprofessional and then charge a fee for your incompetence. I received a check for 87.29 I want the full deposit of 100.00 dollars, you owe me 12.71.
