Dependable Property Management is far from dependableI would never recommend them to anyoneThey are very unorganized and inconsistent resulting in many problemsThey do not clean their houses thoroughly before new tenants, nor do they inspect houses regularly in between tenants, which most likely will result in you getting money taken out of your security deposit for damage that was not done by youEvery time you come in contact with employees, whether it be at their office or over the phone, you will find that they are rude and have an awful attitudeDependable Property Management is a very sketchy and shady rental company so stay away from renting their properties!
From the beginning of my business relationship with Dependable Property Management, things have been horribleThey have so far waited a month and weeks to deposit my checks that I paid on timeWhen I called to ask them what the delay was they never got back to meThen they threatened to keep my deposit and not let me move into the lease I signed due to them losing paperwork that I already had turned inI haven't even moved in yet and I have already had this much troubleWhen I spoke to the owner and manager he was condescending and then hung up on meThe word Dependable in their name is advertisingDo not rent from this companyThey do not care about their customers
Dear Sir/Madam:This is a response to a complaint ID # ***This complaint has no merit at all.We are representing a condominium association as a billing agent. The bill was from the condominium association and not from the management company. Before the closing we submitted a statement that
showed outstanding water and sewer charges owed by the seller.Seller used the water over the years and has to pay for itNew owner should not be responsible for it.NYC Water Board was increasing water and sewer charges every year.Current common charges were too short to cover increased water bills and therefore the seller was assessed $ assessment according to her % of common interest.Outstanding water charges were stated in the annual financial statement and known to everyone. Moreover the seller and the buyer were represented by attorneys who were advising them. The management company cannot return anything to the seller , because we did not received anything from the seller. The outstanding water bill was paid to the condominium association, not to the management co.Sincerely, Dependable Property Management, Inc

Review: I am a landlord working with Dependable Property Management and they have been receiving payments from the tenant for the past 4 months and have not made the payments to me. I have been in contact with them multiple times and they always say the money will show up today but never does.
I also received a new contract from the property management company that had the tenants signature and I signed and returned. However I just talked with the tenant and they said they never signed a new contract. Upon further review it appears that the new contract is a forgery and cut and paste previous signatures into a new contract. There are multiple errors on the contract.
I was also trying to work with the property management company to sell the house to the tenants and they told the tenant about different fees that were never part of the agreement for selling the house. Their negotiation practices were not in good faith.Desired Settlement: Desired outcome is to receive rent payment as paid by the tenant as intended.
Would also like to document concerns with Revdex.com to insure future property management owners are aware of concerns with the company before using.
Extremely unprofessional, unreliable and undependable. Address and all contact information for business is not correct. Unsure of legitimacy or current ability to conduct business in the US.
