Lpns not trained, had to show more than a few nurses how to turn off my child's ventof them looked at his central line and actually said what's thatOne nurse was on her phone the whole time, didn't notice my child biting on the central line, then breaking it

This company is awful. They expect the families to train the nurses they employ. Very, very unorganized. Do not care about clients AT ALL. Very greedy. They make it very clear that they ONLY care about making money. Stay away from this place.

In the six months we have been using Dependable we have on at least seven occasions without a nurse for our son. Many of these times have been when the nurse working with our son knew in advanced they would not be able to come and the staffing team failed to get a replacement. On one occasion Dependable refuses to supply a nurse for respite hours for us. Currently they are trying to get out of the contact they committed to for servicing our son, leaving us with no nurse.
