I have purchased a complete fence for my property. [redacted] & his crew installed my fence in good time. I asked for 2 gates for my property. The fence has been up since 4/2008. I have had to replace a post that broke off (2012) (at ground level) which supports my entry gate. [redacted] sent a fellow to replace the post & re-cement it. I paid the price that was asked of me, to have the work done. I now have 5 additional posts that need to be replaced & re-cemented, I called [redacted] 2 weeks ago, he returned my call, and stated he would come up Monday 8/11/14. He never made the appointment and has not returned any of my calls or even replied to my e-mail requests. I wouldn't mind if he came & replaced them one at a time, but with a bear roaming our area I am concerned. I have warped gates, bad hinges and have not complained, but have had to repair & replace parts & reinstall hindges, lag bolts and relocate hinges several times. I am extremely unhappy with the treatement I am receiving. I have paid in full for everything. I feel that I have received products that are inferior and the workmanship is NOT to his claim. I will pay to have things done correctly, but refuse to be treated poorly for a product & workmanship you cannot stand behind. Thank you
