This is a response to [redacted] ***'s complaint Our records indicate that [redacted] has contacted us on January 1, (New Year day), because her oven wouldn't open On January 2, our repairman came out to access the problem and had to order two parts (If parts are not available, they need to be ordered from a manufacturer.) The parts were ordered the same day, but were not shipped until January (Friday), based on availability On January (Monday) [redacted] called inquiring about the parts As soon as the parts arrived, we set up the appointment for a repairman to come out and replace them, which was on January (Friday) On two occasions when [redacted] called, she gave us two different numbers to call her and those are the numbers we calledOur records indicate that she called us again on May at 11:a.m She stated that the oven has the same issue and left this message with our answering service Our records from the database are indicating that we called her back the same day at the number she provided, but got a fast busy signal The notes indicate that we tried timesOur repairman that was previously working on her oven, was going on a medical leave on May 9th and we wanted to take care of this issue as soon as possible We have not heard from her since Unfortunately, the next time we heard from [redacted] was when she posted the complaint on May 29, almost a month later She is definitely correct in saying that this job was under warranty and if the repairman came back and found the same issue with the oven, we would take care of it under the warranty Since we have not heard from her again and based on her complaint that she bought another oven, we are not able to assist her If she still has the old oven and she wants us to come out, we will be happy to do that Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: the number igave was my cell phone and there were no calls to that number and the phone ead on the whole time as I rcvd several calls from people that dayI do not have the old stove because it had to be replace since I didnt hear back from any oneI eas giving the benefit of the doubt before reporting this to Revdex.com
