Reserved ride from Denver to Colorado Springs and back for March 14th. There was a blizzard on March 13th. Had to cancel ride. Roads were closed. Money was charged to my account on the 13th. Money was never refunded. I was never sent a terms of service or agreement stating my charge would not be refunded when ride was canceled. Called customer service and was told I couldn't get a refund and that there was no manager or anyone else that this could be escalated to. Not sure this is even a valid LLC. Opened a complaint with my bank re: fraudulent charges. Still working with them on that. I feel this company did not act in good faith at all. There was no verbal or written notice of terms related to cancellation and charges not being refunded. I have emails and texts that show this. There was nothing else signed.
This is the details about what happened to our clients reservation the reason for the disputes. On 03/13/2019 (Blizzard day) *** made a reservation with us for her next day trip and paid for a six hour car service. Her ride was scheduled for 3/14/2019 pickup at 7am. On the pickup day *** called and asked if we can reschedule her trip for a later date due to the adverse driving conditions in the area. So, her trip for that date was cancelled.About a week later *** called to us and reported that she no longer needs our service and hence she demanded a refund. After carefully analyzing the situation we asked her to send an email requesting the refund and cancellation. A couple hours later we received her email requesting a refund. We, then processed the full refund and we immediately notified the client through email that a full refund is requested for the client. We can forward all the email communications we had during this process and we can also send a copy of the receipt that shows the refund.
