If I could give 0 stars I would! The owner of this fraudulent company is Sino Chum & he is stolen money from several brides. Myself and other brides are in process of beginning to sue him as he never provided the videos promised per our contract, yet kept all our money. We have reached out many times and given options for getting this taken care of out of court, but no response from Sino. He probably thinks we will give up, but I will never give up because I will not let him continue to take advantage of myself and others.

My wedding was in June 2019 and I gave him 6 months to provide my videos & was understanding that it wasn’t done yet. Finally I called him out and now I can’t get a response from him and he has started a new company and website ... www.sinochum.com

was contracted and paid in full to be the videographer for my wedding in Vail on 07/21/2019. He is in breach of contract. He never delivered my video footage and completely stopped responded to all inquiries. He is paid in full and needs to deliver the footage. He has completely disappeared and his website is now suspended. Cannot get in touch with him.

There are at least 5 couples in my same situation.

Denver City Studios, LLC, through its agent ***, was hired as a wedding videographer for a July 20, 2019 wedding in Vail, Colorado. In exchange for a total of $3,500, the contract stipulated that Denver City Studios would deliver a highlight film within four weeks following the wedding date, and a full feature film within eight weeks following the wedding date. As of this date, Denver City Studios has delivered neither a highlight film nor a full feature film of our wedding. A $1,000 deposit was paid to Denver City Studios on February 7, 2019. The remaining balance of $2,500 was paid on the wedding date (July 20), and deposited by Denver City Studios 3 days later.

After repeated attempts to contact Denver City Studios over many months, *** finally responded in December, promising to deliver a highlight film by 12/10/19 and full feature film by 12/14/19. Once again, nothing was received but total silence.

My husband and I have not been the only ones subjected to Denver City Studios' deceptive trade practices. We are aware of at least 3 other couples married in Summer of 2019 that have been similarly affected, that is that Denver City Studios has failed to deliver any raw or edited video footage and been completely unresponsive in their attempts to contact the agent, ***.

Furthermore, our families have been deeply affected by the situation. We both had a number of close family members and friends that were unable to attend our wedding for various reasons, but my husband and I ultimately elected to have video footage of our wedding because his 95 year old grandparents were unable to travel from New York to Vail. At their age, every day is a blessing. They have recently moved into an assisted living home, and its extremely important to us to be able to share footage with them from our special day, before anything happens to either of them. My husband's brother, one of the best men, was also unable to attend as he was expecting the birth of his daughter that week.

I hired Sino *** (Denver City Studios) as my videographer for my wedding. Per the contract, I paid him $2,376 for the following services:
-Highlight film 3-5 minutes
-Feature film 20-30 mins
-both on USB and online viewing

Sino showed up for the wedding and got all footage at the wedding. The contact time for me to receive these videos was max 4 months. I've been following up with him for 6 months and he kept putting me off. Finally I received no response after following up several times and having the wedding planner follow up with him as well. Apparently he has done this to several other brides and he needs to be reported and stopped. I now will never receive the footage / video to document and remember the most special day in my life which is very sad. I have come to terms with that, but I do believe I am owed my money back as the contract was violated and Sino did not deliver his product. The only portion I got was a link to a highlight film which I cannot download at all. Please see above as to all that is listed in the contract. I I would be more than happy to email the contract over as well. I did attach contract to this complaint. If needed, I would be happy to show proof of my full payment as well as the 15 or so emailed I have sent following up and correspondence with Sino ***.
