to ten days from order to install. As a favor I told [redacted] I would drop off the carpet to be bound for installation on his stair case. When the carpet came in it Had pole damage from the mill. I reordered the carpet still within ten days of the original order date. I had told [redacted] that I would call him when the carpet was finished from the binding company. [redacted] sent me a text with a question mark as the the body of the text. I had no idea who sent it so no response from me. He was upset so at his request I refunded him $200.00 We owed him $187.00.

I sent a question mark as a text because I did not get a response from my text two days earlier. This guy repeatedly did not return phone calls or text from my wife and me. I never knew the carpet he ordered was damaged. There was just a complete lack of any communication on his part.
