After further review and me looking
into this situation and talking things over with *** ***
I *** *** owner of Denver Asphalt LLC would like to apologize for the misunderstanding
We looked into this and understand that due to weather situations no fault of our own and falling behind due to being in bigger projects and weather delays we did not perform work in a timely fashion manner as promised
Therefore we will consider voiding this contract and please understand that *** was just doing his job
And I should have been notifiedOnce again please except my Apology and we will try harder in the future to make things right with our customers
I understand there was a complaint filed with the Revdex.com and I will notify them ASAP that we both agree that contract will be void
And that you will contact the Revdex.com that we have come up with this resolution and you will drop the complaint filed
At which time, We both agree that this case will be closed
