Dents-B-Gone

My 1962 Triumph TR3B was taken to this dent repair to fix a dent on the rear drivers side quarter panel. while the car was there one of the employees had an accident in the car that ran a trailer tongue, through the front grill, electric fan and radiator. I was never told about these issues because the repair was contracted out by A+ Upholstery in Arlington Texas, as the original dent was caused by them. I spoke to Dents-B-Gone over the phone at 4:55pm on June 7th, where the owner[redacted] told me that "it was an accident and when parking the car, the driver ran into a trailer tongue that went through the grill, fan and radiator". He said he replaced the grill, fan and radiator, and it is the same as it was when he received. however, that is not the case, the front bumper has a bend in the middle, and the triumph lettering on the nose of the cars has been moved. I sent [redacted] and [redacted] From A+ Upholstery an email with pictures and an explanation of how I would like this resolved. [redacted] called me back after the email, very agitated and said he is not doing any of this and if I need to discuss more "You know where my shop is, come down here".
