[redacted] ,We are sorry that you experienced this delayWe understand it can be very frustrating to wait and especially difficult with young children We strive each day to stay on-time, and in some cases when dealing with children and pediatric dental care, we get behind We give each patient our undivided attention and best care There are many different options in dental care All options given are good, but all options have pros and cons HIPPA laws prevent me from disclosing the nature of your niece's treatment plan However in general terms, I can say, the treatment plan we had was the best option for your niece's condition By law I was obligated to discuss all viable options The treatment plan as stated was the fastest, highest quality and strongest option and most likely to prevent the need for future treatment on these teeth The option I was reviewing and not recommending was not as strong, would not protect the whole tooth, and would take twice as long to perform Given the amount of time you had already waited, I was suggesting that we stick with the original treatment plan and not change to an option that would prolong your wait, and possibly result in the need to retreat your niece's teeth in the near future Again, I understand that waiting is frustrating and I am sorry for our misunderstanding

patient our undivided attention and best care. There are many different options in dental care. All options given are good, but all options have pros and cons. HIPPA laws prevent me from disclosing the nature of your niece's treatment plan. However in general terms, I can say, the treatment plan we had was the best option for your niece's condition. By law I was obligated to discuss all viable options. The treatment plan as stated was the fastest, highest quality and strongest option and most likely to prevent the need for future treatment on these teeth. The option I was reviewing and not recommending was not as strong, would not protect the whole tooth, and would take twice as long to perform. Given the amount of time you had already waited, I was suggesting that we stick with the original treatment plan and not change to an option that would prolong your wait, and possibly result in the need to retreat your niece's teeth in the near future. Again, I understand that waiting is frustrating and I am sorry for our misunderstanding.
