The second time, I finally reached a human named Jerimiah. I needed my member number for my dentist. I never received a benefit card.

Good Afternoon. My name is Tyshondra Barnes l being experiencing bad customer service under this plan. There customer service is horrible and there managers are no good. l being several complaints with this dentalquest and none has being addressed. They don't how yo talk people over the telephone l spoke to a young lady in the compliant department name Shalonda in addition, l hung the telephone up on her because of her attitude.
