dental one charged me for (& I paid for)a procedure prior to performing itThe crown procedure was then never done and they refuse to refund my paymentI have attempted to get a refund for almost a year now with no progress

I went to Dental one Associates, located at *** *** Court, Capitol heights, MD I arrived with all the information and xray for tooth The dentist called me in, never touched the tooth, never extracted the tooth, only confirmed that the procedure I wanted could be done, I was then sent to front desk to schedule an appointment I was told the apptwould be scheduled via phone because they wanted to confirm my insurance, Dental one Never took an xray, NEVER extracted the tooth, NEVER issued pain medication, NEVER called me back, Never Scheduled an appointment, but they sent me a bill for $154.28; FOR ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE
