I received a phone call from the business this morning leaving a voicemail to call back and we can hopefully resolve all of this It turns out that it was indeed a gross misunderstanding between myself, the dentist's office, and [redacted] itself, as well as perhaps overreacting a little on my part The office has credited me over half of what I owed (essentially crediting me the services that I would have put off had I known the insurance wasn't going to cover anything), making my portion far easier to afford I didn't get any kind of attitude, nor did I get any crappy excuses on their part It seems that this has been happening to multiple people lately as it is a new insurance plan and people don't know how it works yet.I am very pleased with the outcome of this and would like to close the matter as resolved If I can muddle through all the issues with the insurance provider and the business, I will hopefully be able to keep coming to them
