[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]This sink was used one time to gently wash plates & cups, which after is when the scratches were noted. We were not told at the time of purchase that we would have to try to find a sink grate to fit this odd size sink. After voicing my concern, Ava & [redacted] both promised to provide us with information on where we could purchase a sink grate that would fit and no information was ever received.
