I am rejecting this response because:I feel that I should recieve a full refund for the work the Drdid that has made this such a huge issue and is now going to cost me 10x more to get fixedI had Zero pain and I was only doing what She recommended I do in the
first placeIm now going to have to get a root canal and a crown done, on one of the sides that I'm going to have to have fixed due to her Shawty work she didHer "Baby cavity" she called it is going to cost me a "BIG bill"Everyone knows a root canal is the most expensive thing you can have done othere then implants and Unfortunately I'm that UNLUCKY Customer that gets to pay for SOMEONE else's mistakesA Doctors Mistake at thatI feel It's the least Dental Depot can do so I can try to get this taken care of and fixed as soon as possible.I do appreciate Dental Depot for working with me in trying to resolve this issueTHANK YOU

I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on 4/6/regarding an order I placed with Dental Depot located in North Andover, MassI had received confirmation that Dental Depot received my order and they credited my account ($53.11) for payment of my order My Revdex.com complaint ID # *** I was contacted by Revdex.com on 4/13/and was informed that they contacted Dental Depot and that my order was in the post office I accepted this as settlement of my case That day I went to the post office and my order was not there I also went to the post office on the 14th, 15th, 16th, 18th, 19th, and today and my order is still not there The order I placed with Dental Depot was on February 25, Today is April 20, and I still do not have my order Is Dental Depot a phoney company? I want my order or my account credited $ Please help me!!!! I had contacted Dental Depot several times myself before contacting you and they never responded back to me My Dental Depot Order ID # is ***.

Mr*** *** was initially seen at our dental office on May 13, At that
time Mr*** presented with a chief complaint of pain in the lower left quadrantsUpon an initial examination performed by Dr*** ***, a diagnosis of tooth #needing a full crown (cracked tooth) and #needing a filling was determined
Treatment began in May, at which time he had a filling placed on #and a cleaning was performedAt the time of his crown preparation in August on tooth #it is noted in the patients chart that Mr*** was informed of radiographic evidence that periodontal (gum) problems existThe possible need of root canal TX in the future may be necessary if the tooth remained symptomatic
Subsequently, the patient was seen on 9/28/at which time he presented with discomfort in the same areaEmergency periodontal TX was performed and that he may still require tooth #to be endodontically treated if pain persists
On tooth 10-15/was seen for a consult appt pertaining to recurring discomfort in the lower left Again TX options were explained to the patient
That was the last timwe seen Mr*** at our office

Did work on wrong tooth and tooth that was the cause of dentist visit wasn't fixed and continues to hurtDentist wanted to do more work and fix problem but I was not satisfied by the work they had performed

After reading this response, I went to the Post Office on the afternoon of 5/3/16 and showed them the [redacted] Tracking Information. After a lengthy search they finally found my package. I questioned why I didn't receive notification that I had a package there and they couldn't answer why. I also informed them that I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com against this company that I had ordered from. They just said they were sorry. Well I have my package and all is well. Thank you for your assistance.
