Messages were also left for [redacted] to return her call to clarify all his concerns regarding his and [redacted] treatment done at our office. Before she left on maternity leave, Dr. [redacted] sent [redacted] a certified letter with a detailed account of all treatment in an attempt to resolve any issues he might have.
