Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] ; attached is her complaint. I have never lied in any of these complaints nor to Steve R***. Steve is the one constantly lying here, and is just waiting the 7 days to respond to drag this out longer and longer. It's been almost 3 months (April 14th), I just want my money that is owed to me, and that Steve told me he would give me for the over charge from quote. I'm attaching a picture I found from when I picked the truck up the first time. When I asked Steve why the over spray wasn't caught, like washing the vehicle to make sure nothing was wrong he said the bedlinner can't get wet for a certain amount of hours after being sprayed on. Yet as you can see the truck is parked outside in the mud from a rain storm, getting wet, proving that that was just another lie he was telling. I'd really appreciate a solution BBB, I'm tired of running around with this guy for what is mine. Thank you. Sincerely, [redacted]

Steve told me to come by that day and I felt threatened for my safety so I leftThat was the fourth time I had stopped by and he would not refund meThe one image shows him agreeing to refund me if I took the post down which I didAnd the end part of his message is a straight lie, I've had one other job done by my trucks in this town and I was satisfied and paid the buisnessThe bottom of my truck is not bed lined, so just the over spray nowAnd yes he did fix the body over spray, and I shouldn't of been charged for that because his guy messed upSteve told me his guy no longer tapes like that and that he got after the guy about itAs if it helps me nowSteve ripped me off and I just want the money he agreed to give meA quote is a bid to do a job, if he couldn't stick with it I would of taken my truck elsewhere and been more satisfied with the workHe should of told me the rims would take more work and cost more and I would of had to wait until I had more money saved, I don't have tons of money to throw out, I saved up just enough to have that work done and then had to take money from my savings just to pay him.j Just a few weeks ago I see another lady on his page give him a bad review for over charging from the quoteI'm not sure how Steve is still runnin a buisnessSincerely,*** ***

This guy is a clown, he came in every other day and wanted an estimate on something, anyhow he dropped his truck off for us to bedline the sides and the flares, then he wanted his wheels painted,  I told him around 500.00 we then did all the bedliner and tried doing his wheels but there was so...

much oil on them we had to do them twice. he called and asked if it was done and he said how much and I told him 700.00 he then said he needed pictures first before he paid so I sent him pictures and he said it looked great and then he gave me his info and that was it. he then took the truck and didn't here from him for a couple of days, in the mean time I had shoulder replacement which is why I didn't respond. he said we had over spray on it. I then told hime to bring it in and we buffed the truck to get it off, we didn't charge him so he got his free buff job, he then still wasn't satisfied and said we got over spray under his truck which is undercoated with the same stuff, kinda weird, I have sprayed over 500 trucks and have never had that complaint. he wanted us to clean it off which is impossible. I asked him what would make him happy and he said 300.00 back and I told him no. with the cost of materials and labor and having to do his rims twice and buff his truck we made nothing on this vehicle., he then stopped by when I was in the middle of hydrodipping some parts and wanted me to come running to him. I told my guys when I'm doing the hydrodipping to tell customers that I'm not here since I only have 60 seconds in between stages and cant leave the room or talk to anyone. he then just sat outside like a little kid and kept calling and texting me. I told him to leave 10 times and he wouldn't, I then told him I was going to call the cops then he left. I would have gave him his 200.00 back but he was already talking crap about me on facebook and to other people.  I have then learned that this isn't the first time he has done this to other businesses. thank you steve r[redacted]
