Review: I have been receiving calls from the Denovus Corporation practically every week for months, now, regarding something I have absolutely no idea about or why they are calling, as they fail to mention anything. They have never sent anything by mail, which I believe, they are required, by law, to do so, to show me who I apparently owe a debt to, or rather with respect to the person/agency trying to collect the debt. Until they can prove that I unequivocally owe a debt to someone, which in all honesty, I am completely unaware of, they are harassing me, endlessly, for no reason!Desired Settlement: STOP CALLING ME and PLEASE contact me via USPS of the details in which they believe I am indebted to, revealing, again, in great detail the matter of discord, whomever they represent of whom they are saying I owe money to.

referenced complaint regarding Denovus Corporation that was filed by Ms. [redacted].

Please be advised that Denovus is a debt collection company and emphasizes

regulatory compliance and professionalism in every aspect of its collection

practices. The following is a summary of the facts related to collection

activity conducted by Denovus, based on a detailed collection history and

telephone records we maintain for each account:

Denovus received Ms.

[redacted]’s phone number, ###-###-####, as a contact number for an account obligor.

Denovus first attempted to contact the obligor at the above referenced

telephone number on March 12, 2014.

Denovus placed calls

to ###-###-#### from March 12, 2014 through October 27, 2014. On October 28,

2014, Denovus received a phone call that we were contacting a wrong number.

3.

During the October 28th

phone call, we were advised that the party that we were attempting to contact

was not a that phone number. The Denovus representative removed the phone

number from our system.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I would very much like this matter to be closed. However, as they, themselves state, even in their respective reply to you, that they telephoned me constantly and consistently, which is harassment and will not be tolerated. Nobody ever told them I did not live there. However, it should be noted and taken into serious consideration, that they, in no way ever even attempted to contact me via USPS mail, which, again, I believe, they are obligated to do, under the respective laws.
