The owner/manager is very rude and mistreats his customers
The owner/manager engaged in an argument with me about a piece of sausage. I was missing an item on my order and he was very rude and said I was lying that he made the order himself. Whether he did or did not the way he spoke to me was very unprofessional and rude. I will not be ordering from there anymore.
I would like my money back for the order.
The customer had an online order which was picked up by *** delivery driver. The order in question substituted regular sausage links with a hearty breakfast sausage. The customer called and stated that he did not get the hearty breakfast sausage. I explained that I personally cooked his order and that even though I know the item in question was in the box and even double checked by the server who bagged the order for accuracy I would be happy to replace the the item he said was missing or refund him the difference in price for the sausage. He became hostile with me and said I was rude and just not to worry about it. I again told the gentleman that replacing the item or giving him a refund for the sausage would be no problem if he just came in to the the store. He said I could forget the whole thing because I was trying to argue with him. Simply by the fact I was offering to replace the missing item or refund him for the price of the missing item shows I was trying to resolve the issue. It is apparent that this guest is only trying to get the entire order for free simply because he refused to accept a reasonable solution to the problem. Why would I refund and entire order over one sausage? Why would I argue with anyone over one sausage that literally cost less than 4 dollars? I am still willing to refund the price of the sausage however if the customer wishes to come into the store to get it.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First, I do not want my money back. Also I have 2 witnesses to the entire conversation. Now not only is he rude and mistreats his customers he is also a liar. He did try to replace the missing item but only after he acted like a child about the whole thing. I dont know how you became the manager of a business but I feel it was a mistake. I hope that this will keep others from being treated this way in the future.
