We have received the notification of the complaint filed against us The complaint is concerning a Cadillac purchased from us by the complainant.The Cadillac was sold as a classic car for restoration, "As Is." We have on file a Junk, Salvage, or Rebuilding Affidavit signed by purchaser, and notarized The affidavit states that the vehicle has not been inspected and is unsafe mechanical condition It also states that after inspection if any defects are discovered in any of the system that were inspected, including in the brakes, they must be repaired by buyers own expense At the time of sale, purchaser stated to me that she was purchasing the vehicle to restore.The complainant called our office on March 6th I was informed that the vehicle was take to a different mechanic for another opinion and was told that the brakes were ok I was then apologize for the report against our company.I hope this resolves the complaint on our business
