Reply to BBB Customer complaint [redacted] After receiving this complaint via... mail, I promptly called Mrs. [redacted] and apologized on behalf of Guadalupe Lumber for the lack of communication and information about our return policy and that we are currently making new signage and literature about these said policies. I also informed her that she can come to our store at her convenience to receive the full difference for the amount she should have been refunded when she returned it. We sincerely hope this response to Mrs. [redacted] complaint will alleviate and prevent future occurrences like this from happening again and look forward to providing her an improved quality service.
