Company advertises “Free Estimates” & Grade A service but they have invoiced me three different times for a “Diagnosis fee” and they still have no idea what it is wrong with my carWhen I ask why are you charging me for a diagnosis if you have no idea what is wrong with the car they have nothing but excuses and refused to release my car to me unless I paid this outrageous feeI have paid them in total $for an oil change,headlight restoration, and motor monts however none of these services are related to the original reason I left my car their care which would be transmission issuesThey bill you for what they want to and never actually fix anything and I dont feel like this is fair treatment to the consumer
