I had my hair colored by [redacted]. After getting my hair colored, the condition of my hair was bad enough that I had to cut 3 inches of my ends off. My hair is now damaged because of the hair coloring I received.I went back to my regular hair stylist, [redacted] to get this corrected, and [redacted] critiqued the original hair coloring service, and she said "my hair is fried and needs to be cut". The customer appeared to be happy with the service performed even tipping the salon after the coloring. We pride ourselves on customer relations and were surprised with regards to this complaint because our salon has done thousands of these coloring applications and never had any problems. The stylist in question ([redacted]) has worked at this salon and in the industry for the past twenty years and has never had a complaint regarding coloring applications. The process and solutions used by [redacted] were consistent with past coloring applications. Further, the complaining party never approached our salon regarding an allegation of a botched coloring job.
