Hi Mr. [redacted], Enclosed please find some of Mr. [redacted], driving schedules and test results, as I mention in my voicemail yesterday 03/16/2017 Mr. [redacted], completed his training with us (Toro) and even went to the DMV to finalize and attain his license on Janaury 15, 2016, but...
fail on his Pre-trip Inspection and went again on March 22,2016 and fail ones more on the pre-trip, which was one of the phases of the course that he didnt want to focus on, because according to him he already knew it. I hope you can see why we know and believe that there's is not refund student took and completed training course with our school he was the one that desided to stop.' Review: I took my Mallard RV in to have a complete check on everything to do with the inside and outside and under the Coach to make sure everything is working and if not then let me known what wrong and how much will it cost to fix anything that is wrong.I was charge $ 271.27 just to do that.Dan in the service dept.told me everything work and was check out OK from there I went to get my RV ready for my business trip and to my surprise my holding tank was pouring out water and leaking.I call Dan in the service Dept. and told him some of my inside lights are not working and the holding tank was leaking, Also my stove is not on and my oven he didn't say anything about the bedroom door being broking to, All of this should have be check out and his worker didn't do his job right so I told Dan I do not want that worker on my RV he don't know what he doing so get me another person that can do the job right.He told me take my business some were else that the only guy he has working for him .Desired Settlement: They need to be close down and return a full refund to me!!

MR [redacted] SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT TO GET HIS APPLINANCES CHECKED OUT ON HIS 1989 MOTOR HOME. WE CHECKED HIS APPLINANCES TO WORK THEY WERE WORKING WHEN HE PICKED UP HIS UNIT. THE HOLDING TANK WAS NOT LEAKING WHEN THE TRAILER LEFT THE LOT OR I WOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT TO HIS ATTENTION. MR [redacted] WAS VERY RUDE AND EVERY OTHER WORD WAS PROFANITY WHEN HE CALLED ME BACK SO I SAID WE WILL NOT BE NEEDING HIS BUSINESS NO LONGER. SINCERELY, [redacted]

THIS RESPONSE IS IN REGARDS TO ID#10111156 AS PER WORK ORDER #[redacted] IT IS OUR POSITION THAT ALL WORK LISTED WAS COMPLETED. THE WORK ORDER STATES CHECK APPLIANCES AND ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBLING. AS STATED BEFORE THE HOLDING TANK WAS NOT LEAKING AND INTERIOR LIGHTS WERE WORKING. DUE TO THE FACT THAT HIS UNIT IS TWENTY FIVE YEARS OLD IT IS VERY POSSIBLE THAT ONE OF THE INTERIOR LIGHTS QUIT WORKING DURING TRANSIT. WHEN MR. GARCIA CALLED WITH HIS COMPLAINT HE WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND EXPLETIVE. I EXPLAINED TO MR GARCIA THAT DUE TO HIS INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE WE WOULD KNOW LONGER PROVIDE HIS SERVICE NEEDS.
