The owner of this "business" that has not even been established as a real business but is collecting money and not reporting it to the IRS, is scamming clients out of their money.

I made an appointment for a brow service on 2/5/20 and paid the owner a $50 deposit to "hold my spot". I ended up needing to cancel this appointment and I did so on 3/9/20, 5 days before my scheduled appointment, giving her plenty of notice in case she wanted to fill my spot with another client.

She told me she cancelled my appointment but did not refund the $50 I paid for my deposit. I sent her multiple communications and all went ignored. She finally responded and told me the $50 is non refundable but that policy is not listed anywhere on her booking site where the policies are. I explained this to her and she told me "sorry I am not sending your money back". Mind you, no services were ever provided.

I am highly upset because she is making money by scamming clients and providing zero services.This money is not reported to the IRS so she making pure profit and lying to clients.
