I hire technisnow for snow removal.
They come late everytime
They ask us to put our vehicles in the road as of 10 am. Today is ine example. Its past 4 pm.
Still no sight of them.
I had to purchase a snow blower. As they never come on time.
I am a reasonable person. Bit this is ridiculous.
My neighbor got stuck last snowfall in the bank the city made. My other neighbor just finished shoveling his own also. I am asking for a full refund.

Nous avons discuté a plusieurs reprises le fonctionnement de notre déneigement. Ce qui a aussi été expliqué avant l'acceptation du contrat et aussi inscrit a votre contrat. Nous vous avons toujours informé que jamais nous confirmons un heure de passage puisque nous offrons le service a partir de 5 cm de neige. Vous avez recu le service a chaque tempête et ce plus d'une fois par tempête a plusieurs reprises. Nous n'avons recu aucune autre plainte pour votre secteur. Lorsque vous avez voulu annulé je vous ai fait part de la clause 10 concernant l'annulation. Je vous ai mentionné le remboursement et vous ai demandé de confirmé l'annulation a nouveau, ce que vous avez fait. Malgré les commentaires déplaisants sur votre chauffeur a plusieurs reprise ,qui est très expérimenté nous avons continué de travaillé avec vous et continué a vous offrir le service. Malgré votre annulation hier, votre chauffeur est quand même aller vérifier votre stationnement que vous aviez pris la décision de faire vous même.
Nous sommes désolé pour ce désagrément.

I am rejecting this response because:im sorry but Techni-Snow did not fulfill there part of the contract. refunding me 1/4 of the price is ridiculous. You have done my driveway once in full. Last snowfall you passed shortly after 4 pm. Over 8 hours after snow storm finished. which was not that big of a storm. I insist on getting a full refund due to breach of contract. I had to buy a snowblower because your company did not meet its part of the agreement. Ive spoken to many neighbours, and most are not satisfied.

Quoted $100 more than neighbour but I have smaller driveway! Even measured their others customers on the street to prove the point. Was willing to pay the same for same size driveway but not more! Told it was their quote take it or leave it. Ask to speak with the *** but that request was refused.
In addition, Techni Snow said as a result of my measurements taking they misquoted my next door neighbour invoice and would be contacting the neighbor accordingly and inform her she was going to have to pay more due to their oversight. I advised them they had a legally binding contract with the lady and had already cash her cheque. They would have to live with it. Bottom line wanted me to pay the difference for them under quote the next door neighbour whose driveway I share. When neighbour signed up was told if I sign we would both benefit and get a discount. Where's the discount?
First major snow storm and they never showed up. 4 online requests and spoke with them 3 times and they still never showed up to remove snow in drive

They never showed up and were contacted both online and spoke with 3 telephone reps. Told they will come and they NEVER showed up yet they cleared the other 2 driveways across from us.

I accept their response to nullify the contract. After all, the plow neither show up on the 2nd snowfall and by the time they sent someone it was 8:30 PM. On the 3rd snowfall, while he backed up, quickly, there was a loud bang and a mild vibration was felt from the upstairs bathroom floor. In looking out, the driver turned his head to look, but never came out to check. I called shortly after and was told its likely the blower hitting the pavement. To be cautious, I forwarded an email to the company and called my insurance to have an incident note put on file should something surface in the Spring. It snowed yesterday and according to their live tracking site there were no vehicles being deployed but there would be the following morning, which is today, they have not come to plow. So yes! I'm pleased they agree to cancel the contract. Outstanding now is when and how will I be reimbursed? Their website claims 24/7 service. Well that is just not true. They can never be reached, unless its for SALES, and only option is to leave a message after 5:00 or fill out an online ticket. Thank you *** for your help in resolving this issue.

I am forwarding to you email I sent to the Techni-Sno company and the email they sent me when I enquired about receiving my money back due to their lack of service, breach of contract. Also sharing with you my email I sent them informing that when the plow finally showed up, after 3 snowfalls, he hit the house while plowing, causing a slight rumble that was felt from the upstairs bathroom that is located above the garage, where he seems to have plowed into because he backed up too fast. Of course they denied it but I nevertheless contacted my insurance and a note was placed on my file for further inspection come Spring. I make them aware of this in the email I sent to Techni-sno. Furthermore, in the email I received regarding my reimbursement, they are "charging me" a "cancellation fee" that I disagree with. I want FULL reimbursement. They breached their contract. I did not get expected service for the 3 snowfalls. My son shoveled the driveway and when they finally showed up after the 3rd snowfall, the guy plows into the house. I want 100% reimbursement for "breach of contract" because I didn't cancel the service - I annulled the contract. Please intervene because the receptionist rudely "hung up on me" saying there was nothing else to address. Also, they removed the picket BEFORE I agreed on the response you received from Techni-Sno. They are very difficult to deal with. I always remained polite and the receptionist is rude. Please intervene. I want 100% reimbursement.

Je m'excuse, mais j'ai la preuve que oui j'ai parlé avec ***, et en plus, j'ai la preuve sur mon téléphone qu'elle m'a rappeller. Votre récépioniste, ***, m'a pas dit la vérité et en plus me dit qu'elle est mandaté de prendre les plaintes. Elle n'est pas digne de confiance de me dire "qu'il y a aucun record que j'ai appeller ET j'ai la preuve en plus. De ne pas avoué que vous avez faite erreur est très malhonnête. Je veut parler avec votre gérant ou propriétaire. J'attends votre appelle.

Bonjour ***, Suite à mon appel téléphonique à 4h05, comme demandé, voici une photo de mon stationnement. Malheureusement, la photo a été prise "après" mon mari a pelleté la crête de neige contre la maison. Donc, les traces du tractor ont été pelleté. Son pied montre la proximité de la souffleuse à la maison....... Comme je vous ai dit, le conducteur, en reculant, a frappé la maison. Il l'a frappé avec avec la souffleuse rouge. Mon fils était dans la salle de bain en haut et a senti un petit mouvement du plancher. Ma belle-fille a entendu un "bang" de la chambre à coucher et quand elle a regardé par la fenêtre a vu le conducteur retourner la tête et a brièvement regardé, mais n'est pas sorti pour vérifier. Quand moi et mon mari sommers arrivés, il ne voulait rien d'évident. Cependant, au printemps, nous allons l'analyser de plus près. Par précaution, he vais informer ma compagnie d'assurance. Il n'est pas nécessaire qu'il vienne si près de la maison. C'est de la négligence. Et en plus, quand le chauffeur est arrivé sur notre rue, ma belle-fille l'a vu passer, il n'a pas semblé connaître notre adresse - il ne pouvait pas voir le piquet??? Il est arrêté deux maisons plus loin et a fait un appel téléphonique, et puis là est venu enlever la neige. Donc, c'est probablement pour ça qu'il n'est pas venu enlever la neige la première fois. J'ai un gros numéro "20" sur ma maison. Je ne peut pas croire que ceci est arrivé....

Un remboursement de 317.92 a été émis le 14 décembre 2018 qui comprend le frais administratifs lors d'un frais d'annulation qui figure au numéro 10 de votre contrat.
