Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The work needs to be done while I am home and can agree to the finished product. The last two times the work was not completed as agreed upon and subsequent appointments had to be made, leading to this lengthy delay. Weather has played a part also
I am available all day Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Also, I am available between the hours of 8am-10am on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

The work performed looks good to me.  I hope we can schedule the building inspector during a time I can be home. 
Again, I am usually available in the mornings, between 0800-1015.  The week of the 18th, I am not available Monday (a holiday) but am available mornings all of the next two weeks.  I am also available all day Thursdays & Fridays, Jan 21, 22, 28 & 29.

the permit form is incomplete; no inspection date nor approval, the roofing certification information is missing, no signatures on any part of the form by anyone.Based on this copy, there is nothing to support any inspection  nor approval from [redacted] County.

Update on the Revdex.com Claim:We scheduled the inspection for [redacted] and it did not pass. We have been in correspondance with [redacted] outside of Revdex.com and she is aware of the changes that need to be made to get the roof in good standing. We had a crew go out to fix it, then went and had our project manager inspect and it was not done as well as we would like so we are sending the project manager and the crew out together to get all this fixed at once. We will schedule final inspection with the county after we know it is up to par for all involved parties.
