All I wanted to do was support a local business and it turned into a nightmare. To start my appointment was for 2:30, at 2:50 no one had showed up yet or contacted me. I called them, only to be told they were running late but couldn’t find my number. My interior was clean, the job looked done well. It was raining when they left so all my car windows were up. The next morning I got into my car, had to put towels down on the seats because they were still very wet. There was a lot precipitation on the inside of my windshield. I turned on my car and the center counsel screen did not turn on. I tried to reboot it myself, was unsuccessful. At this point I took my car to my mechanic in a panic. I called Demos carpet to discus what was going on and the the owner simply stated he knows for a fact he did not cause this damage, it wasn’t possible. Even though my screen was working just fine 20min prior to his staff cleaning it. He said he didn’t know what else to tell me and that I had to figure it out myself. I’m devastated to have the realization that people treat others like this. The owner was unprofessional, rude, and degrading. His lack of customer service and value of his work was disgraceful. As soon as they have your money they don’t care anymore!
Awesome Company. I had even clean 4 rooms 2 couches and the looked new after Garrett cleaned them. He does the best work around. I Will definitely refer you guys to friends and family. Thanks for everything.

Repeat customer. One cleaning was done in *** 2016 and the second in *** 2018. The *** 2016 cleaning was done and pictures of my rugs were posted without my consent as well as pictures of my house and furniture. In *** 2018 my furniture was cleaned again (SAME FURNITURE AS *** 2016). Company employee came out to complete the cleaning - she is a hard worker and was solo for the job. Upon completing I noticed a sour smell. I contacted the owner who assured me that he would "himself" come out to see the furniture and assured me that he was picking up a product and would bring it to get rid of the sour smell. He did not come. He sent his employee instead days later. She came and assured me she would come back to my house and re-clean the furniture. After multiple no shows and emails on my behalf which were not answered - I emailed the owner today (***). His comments were rude, disrespectful, degrading, and absolutely unprofessional. He offered me a car cleaning to fix the situation. His inability to provide quality customer responses or satisfaction if mind blowing. He does care about the job and his attitude is horrific. He is insulting and infantile. BEWARE if you hire him. He does not care about customers nor the work that is preformed. He passes the buck to others and doesn't take responsibility for his business. I indicated to him that I would not recommend him to any friends nor would I refer him to others. He continued to harries me and continued to make disparaging remarks through instant message. These messages continued for over an hour and when I wouldn't respond he became increasingly rude and abrasive.
Awesome job I had them clean three rooms and my carpets had several pet stains. They do fantastic work and was super easy to book. Thanks for everything. I will be recommending your company to all my family and friends.

Demos Carpet is a great company. I had a set of couches done that were 10 years old and they looked new after. The owner was very professionally and was able to answer all my questions. I was extremely impressed with the whole process. It was extremely easy to schedule and I was able to pay with my credit card. This company deserves recognition, there's not many companies out there that have the work ethic and professionalism you guys have. I will be recommending you to all my friends and family. They never called when they were 45 minutes late. They never disclosed they had a portable unit. My rugs AND MATTRESS stayed wet for 24 hours, they quoted 6 hours. They proceeded to post pictures of my bedroom online without my consent. Our childrens pictures were included in the photo of our bedroom. They didnt have time to finish the whole job, and were to come back in 2 days to finish an area rug. They NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED!!!
Customer unhappy during our cleaning. Told my worker to stop half way, then told me she has OCD. We completed the job we originally quoted her for and then she asked to add a rug and we did not have time in our busy fully booked schedule to do the added rug that day. So she called a couple days later and asked us to come back. My worker was so offended by how the lady acted the time before and didn't want to go back. But why if we were so unprofessional and our portable machine was a problem would she want us back????
They first came 45 minutes late. Never introduced himself. His worker was a woman, very pleasant. Garrett is rude and unprofessional. He initially quoted moving furniture as part of the cleaning . I had to remind him of that. That's when I jokiingl said I had OCD. Their portable machine was noisy and , had I known, I would have never elected to have a portable machine to clean my rugs. They are not as efficient My carpets and mattress were wet for almost 24 hours, Garrett said 6 hours max
I did ask upon their arrival if they could do an area rug in addition. They didn't have time in the end for that. His worker said she would text me later that day with a time. She never did. So I called and asked for a time. Garrett said the next day at 2:00 they would be there. No call, no show!!
I paid for their services in full that day. This is not about money. This is to warn people that Garett is unprofessional. He called me after this report and yelled at me!! I have never had any company come to my home and be so rude.
