We are a 55+ older community that just acquired a new community. We hired Demetry Thomas Stucco and Renovations to remodel our front entrance. I have worked with many vendors in the area and this team of workers were by far the best we have hired. They were so polite, respectful, diligent, and the end result was beautiful. They complete stuccoed over the old ugly brick and stained the columns to mimic our other community. Not only did they complete everything in a timely manner. My corporate office wanted something extra added on after the completion of this project and Demetry did not hesitate to get us what we needed. Anyone looking for stucco or renovation work I highly recommend this company and this team.

Demetry Thomas did a great job repairing and making "like new" a synthetic stucco wall of my residence where I had suffered a crack in the original stucco.. His service was prompt and on time. When additional work was necessary outside of the scope of our original agreement, he communicated very effectively. Overall, I believe his fees were fair and reasonable for the excellent service he provided.

Well, Mr. t was contracted to do a stucco wall and advised me in writing that it was a lifetime warranty. The wall has continued to crack where he ajoined it to the existing concrete. He came out a few times to try and fix to no avail. This last time I called and texted and he texted back that he had a solution but I never heard back from him. This has been many many months. A Professional Business does not ignore customers this long. A call back in a few days to schedule a time to meet is the appropriate and right thing to do. Everyone has a busy life and schedule but that should not be used as an excuse to not get back to people who paid you a contracted fee for a Service.

Demetry showed up on time for the estimate for the stucco repairs. And before the scheduled day for the work, he came back to cover the area to prevent more water damage to the area (which was appreciated).

The work was finished the same day it was started and explained everything they were doing. Completely professional and highly recommended!

I completed a bid request for stucco repair beyond my ability to do the usual stucco patchwork. The bid request was via an online website which suggests/filters. Demetry replied within a couple of hours promising to stop by on his way home; he did.

We climbed onto the roof so he could see the problem area (which was caused by an original construction design defect .. flat surface to hold back water). I told him I can do normal maintenance and can also mix and stick stucco onto the wall as well as the lathe but there was some bubbling (he called it buckling) and, I told him, I didn't have the skills to make the pattern match the surroundings. He said he can do the job but only get it close to the same appearance and not a perfect match. (I already knew a perfect match was not possible from Youtube 'how-to' videos I had watched before deciding it was time to call a pro. Doing stucco is really a form of art in as much as it is contractor skill work: one can come close to repainting a Mona Lisa but an expert can spot that it's just a copy - but, if I know if I did the stucco it would look more like a Picasso than a Davinci. This was work to be done above the entrance to the house - the sight of first impression-... not the best spot to 'give it the ol college try').

He measured the area, took a few pics, and said he would send a bid later. After getting the bid, we worked out a deal over email and he later advised when he could be out to do the job. He came out on a Sunday afternoon (with 'ok' by me) and did the work, completed the job in about 4-5 hours including cleanup (he showed care with cleanup, too). After reading the ONE negative review here, I have to say I was skeptical but I ended up asking him for a guestimate on driveway repair after he finished the repair (which does seem like a Davinci). I'd contract his services again.

Oh, one more item. DONT LET HIS EMAIL WRITING STYLE BOTHER YOU .. it's not representative of his personality. You'll see he's a nice and articulate guy when you meet him; perhaps his keyboard caps lock key is broken? Regardless, he does great work with stucco. I recommend his services.

He did a great job repairing several parts of the stucco on our house. When he was done, you couldn't tell anything had ever been an issue which is exactly what you want. Reasonable prices for the labor and skill required for the job.

Demetry and crew did a very nice job of stucco after the replacement of our patio door. After completion of the job the workmen cleaned up so that it looked like they were never here. Would recommend Stucco and Home Renovations for any stucco work you might require.

The Owner Demetry was excellent. His staff worked very neat, friendly and would do whatever I needed done. If I wasn't happy, they were not happy. Demetry was on the job most everyday while his crews were on scene. Demetry worked on my project, he wasn't just the face of the business. I would highly recommend him. We will be using him on some more projects in the near future. I found that good contractors are hard to find in Central Florida. Demetry is of the best!

We just had Demetry Thomas LLC crew stucco a wall in our lanai which was previously a screened wall. We are now scheduled to have the new wall painted along with the rest of the house. Once painted, I challenge anyone to pick out the area that was stuccoed...that's how good it is.
