Rented the [redacted] [redacted] house from her/Demeter in august of 2015 and just recently had to cancel my lease agreement bc of the structural issues with the termites, plumbing and electric mishaps (which they didnt tell us about when we signed the lease). Rotten floor boards, termite droppings leaking from ceiling and walls in all rooms (even the bath tub, which was esp. gross). She would never reply to emails unless it was with something nasty and even tried to charge us for things not listed on the lease. Their provided appliances are old and dont work (had to replace the fridge once and they refused to replace it again the second time even though it was leaking), floor boards were rotted from moisture and termites that took them months to fix or acknowledge it, etc, etc, etc. This list could go on and on. Basically, dont ever rent from her! $900 for a 2 bedroom that had no provided utilities or even blinds on the windows, in a underdeveloped and poor neighborhood (that rent price was extremely high). You didnt "renovate" this house, you put layers on layers of paint over a giant problem and swept everything under the rug.
