*** *** and his guys re-did my backyard patio Kool deck, an area of about sqfeet, in May Since we were re-doing the pool we needed to get this done also after yearsThey did a great job, putting several coats of product on They power-washed it first, then the bond coat, then a base coat, then the lace coat and a final acrylic paint coat They also re-did the cantilever portion of the deck which wraps around the pool edge; this was a mess because chunks of concrete had fallen out due to the salt system on the pool which had accelerated the deterioration of the plaster interiorThe new cantilever looks perfect, you can't even tell where it was patched due to all the different coats they put onThey came at 6:am and left at 4:pm; they were constantly working all day, except for a brief lunch break*** was here during the entire day and worked alongside his crew of four guysThey took their time and didn't rush the projectHe gave me a 2-year warranty and most companies won't offer thatI am so glad I used *** and his guys; he has been doing this for 20+ years and he is a perfectionistHe is a very nice man, easy to talk to, listens to the homeowner, takes your calls or calls you back within a reasonable timeI got other estimates but other guys were either jerks or cutting corners, or wanting to do the job in 2-hours*** Valdez was here for hours and my patio now looks fabulous!
