Hi, This is owner of "Deluxe Inn" Motel and complaint ID is [redacted]. Yes. Mr [redacted] had rented a room for 3 nights and he stayed 2 nights without any distrubance. But next morning to 2nd night I had carpet...

installer who started laying carpet to next room at 10 a.m. not at 7 a.m.  Thinking he woke-up since it was 10 a.m. But I had asked appoloay for any inconvinience. He wasn't still satified and checked out leaving a room key in a office and saying to give one night refudn. He walked out of office before my wife got chance to say to ask him to stop in order to give a refund of $50! For us to give a refund we need his credit card information and a receipt. but he didn't stop at all. That's the reason we could not credit his account with 450. If he is asking for all three night refund I think it is not fair but I already give him one night refund which he didn't stay at my place.Thanks
