Review: We bought an Air Condition and Heater units back in Sept or Oct of 2014. When we decided to go through this company it sounded GREAT. 2 year service plan and warranty. Well this past Jan or Feb we had them come out to service our heater. The owner of the company said they needed to replace a part and it is cover under warranty. He said he would order the part and than call us to fix it. We did not receive a call so I called. He told me that he spoke to my husband and because we are not using the heater there is no rush on it. well than we waited for a few more weeks and than my husband called him. He told my husband th9at he is dealing with me his wife. Well than I have been trying to call the company and no response from them. Our contract ends in Sept or Oct and we would like our last service on the ac unit and we want our heater fix. We are very disappointed in this company and after he does the last service on our AC Unit and fix the Heater we are changing Company's. We wanted to do a complaint so this would not happen to anther person.

Review: Since 2008 I have had the number ###-###-####. Since then I had received countless calls regarding your company. It's past the point of being annoying. I'd like to see you guys take action to deal with this ongoing issue.Desired Settlement: For an ongoing disturbance of phone calls needed to be directed to you guys, I deserve some compensation.
