Deluxe Garage 281

I ordered a set of 3M decals that were to be installed on a custom BBQ pit and trailer from Deluxe Garage 281 is a subcontractor for *** Inc. located in Humble, Tx. I ordered the decals on 2/11/20 for install before 2/21/20. The agreed upon price was $100. I paid in full fr the decals, including installation, on 2/20/20. When I arrived on 2/22/20 to pick upthe BBQ pit trailer, no decals had been installed.
I have contacted the owner multiple times for resolution He has promised to mail decals to me overnight and I will have to get them installed locally. Contact was made on 2/27 and 2/28 without resolution.
