Delux Designs Jewelers

Over a month ago I dropped off my engagement ring and wedding band to this jeweler to be downsized. I was told it would be ready the next day. Throughout the entire process not one attempt was maid to keep me informed. 2 1/2 weeks later, still no call. So I decided to pop in to inquire. The main 'jeweler? then tells me my rings were lost by another shop that does the downsizing for him! This wasn't a diamond ring, but it costs over $1000!

He told me he would create a new ring for me since it was 'a simple solitaire cut.? Over a week later still no call, so I popped up again. This time I even brought a copy of the certificate/valuation I received from the company it was originally purchased from. He wasn't interested in even looking at the certificate and proceeded to give me an additional run around as to when the ring would actually be ready.

FINALLY, days later I get a call to pick up the new ring. I noticed it looked pretty beat up so I decided to take it to be inspected. 3 different and very established jewelers told me this new ring was terrible and doesn't come close to the original. My wife and I proceeded to reach out to the business to inform them and to request a full refund along with filing a police report. However we are being completely ignored with no response from the jeweler. If you're in south Florida STAY AWAY from this careless and extremely unprofessional 'Jeweler'.
