On 7/06/17, [redacted] had her Mercedes SUV towed into our establishment. Her SUV had 4 dangerous tires all with steel cord exposed, which we replaced with used tires as requested by [redacted].  We attempted to do an alignment, but during the alignment process we noticed that both rear air...

bags in the rear suspension were blown out and falling out of the mounts of the rear axle(as stated on her invoice). After calling and notifying [redacted] of her vehicle’s condition she stated she did not want to do any repairs at that time. She did ask if we could change the vehicle’s oil. At the time of changing the oil we also noticed various visible leaks up front by the engine compartment(as stated on her invoice). Our service technician replaced the vehicles engine oil with the proper 9.5 quarts of Full Synthetic(required for her Mercedes).  The technician also added fluids to the vehicle that were visibly low due to leaks.(also stated on Customer invoice). At the time of completing the service performed on her vehicle No Test Drive was performed due to dangerous condition of her vehicle’s suspension(stated on invoice)!  [redacted] returned a few weeks later with concerns about a warning indicator light with no repairs made to the vehicles suspension. I informed her at that time that she needed to have vehicle repaired or to do not drive it due to its unsafe condition. I offered [redacted] a service estimate to get her vehicle in safe working order which she declined.     I hope this answers any concerns or questions in this matter.
