Review: March 28,2014 I purchased a [redacted] from Delta Motors. The agreement before purchase was a current inspection be done to the vehicle. Delta Motors had the vehicle inspected and the only thing needed was four new tires be placed on the truck. The tires placed on the truck are not manufacturer's recommended tires. The tires placed on were P245/75R16. The manufacturer's recommended are LT245/75R16E. My inspection mechanic has informed my that I am considered a road hazard because Passenger tires will not handle the load of this vehicle.

On June 13, 2014 I contacted Delta Motors the owner Steve called me back. He asked me to send him a picture of the tire. I did via cell phone. He then text me stating as far as inspeciton it's not really an unsafely hazard but my bigger concern would be what I had paid for. Let me check into this. Call you first thing Monday. Gonna call tire shop where purcased. ok. I text 'ok' back. He also stated that he believes he paid fo LT tires as always. He never called me back on Monday. On June 18, 2014 I texted. 'Any decisions on what to do with wrong tires on truck?' I still to this date June 23, 2014 have no reply.Desired Settlement: At this point in time I have not driven the truck. I have put about 1700 miles on the truck since purchase. I have research and found that my mechanic is correct. This truck should have never passed inspection with the tires that were placed on it. Department of Motor Vehicles under Section 175.80 (Subchapter E) or Section 175.110 (Subchapter F) Beneath the Vehicle Inspection- (1) Inspect the tires and wheels and REJECT IF one or more of the following apply: (xxii) A tire smaller than the manufacturer's recommended minimum size or below the manufacturer's recommended load rating.

I fear if this truck passed inspection with the wrong size tires how many other things passed inspection and should not have been?

I desired either money back for the truck and I will deliver back to Delta Motors or at least proper manufacturer's recommended tires be placed on the truck.
